I'm new to Lenehans.ie How do I find my way around?
Simply move your mouse over the list of departments under the search bar. Individual categories will then appear. Simply select the category you are interested in.
In each of these departments, a further departmental list is shown on the left had side for easy navigation.
You may also filter you selection by price, brand and/or size.
If you have trouble finding the product you are looking for, try our sophisticated search. Lenehans uses the most sophisticated search available. Simply type the first 3 characters of the product you are looking for and let our predicative search go to work.
How do I Pay for a Product?
It couldn’t be simpler. Add your chosen product to the basket. Choose the payment method that suits you and click checkout.
Can I pay over the Fax or by Phone?
For security reasons and to protect your details we do not take orders over the phone. However if you wish to contact us, Please call us on 01 873 0466 and we can talk you through the process.
Alternatively you can fax a print out of your basket to us, send a cheque and we’ll dispatch your goods.
Which Payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. If you would rather not use your credit card we accept both personal and company cheques. Please note however goods will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 3 working days.
When do you charge my Credit / Debit Card?
We only charge your credit card when your goods have been dispatched. There is one exception which is Greenhouses. Each Greenhouse is made to order for our customers. When the manufacturer acknowledges the receipt of your order and the process of supplying it begins your credit card is charged.
I want to return or cancel my order. How?
Please read the returns and refunds page for information on how to return or cancel an order.
I want to talk to a Real Person. Can I call you?

I've a Question about a Product. Can I ask you?
Yes. Either ask a question under the question tab on the product page you are viewing. We will endeavour to answer this within 24 hours. You can also call us on 01 873 0466 (local call rates apply) or contact us via email: email@example.com.
Do all the prices include VAT?
Yes. All products include VAT.
I want to order a Greenhouse but I have a few questions around delivery and installation?
When you order a Greenhouse from Lenehans, the folloiwng happens
Firstly you will receive an automatic email from us, detailing your greenhouse order and your shipping address. As soon as this happens, your greenhouse is ordered from the manufacturer. We will then send you another email which will tell you when your Greenhouse is due to be delivered.
One week before this delivery we will contact you to confirm the date and if there will be someone in to receive the greenhouse. A couple of days before delivery the courier will call you to confirm the address and what time he expects to be at your address.
It is only at this stage that we charge your payment method and an email will be automatically sent to you.
Do you provide a Greenhouse installation service?
Yes we do. We can organise a greenhouse installer to contact you and to give you a seperate price. Our installers can prepare your site, build a concrete base or erect your greenhouse on a base prepared by you.

Do you have a "Click & Collect" sevice?
Yes you can collect your order at 124 Capel street. To order and collect in store, simply select the "collect at Capel Street" option at the basket and checkout as normally. You will receive an email when your goods are ready for collection. Some items are not elligable for collection and if there is no option for collection at the basket, these items will only be available for home delivery.
