75mm x 62mm x 15mm Corner Brace Pair — Left and Right Hand

This set contains a left-hand and right-hand corner brace, supplied as a matched pair for symmetrical installation on both sides of a corner joint. Corner braces are flat metal L-brackets screwed across a right-angle joint to reinforce and hold it square — used where a glued, dowelled or nailed joint needs additional mechanical support, or to prevent racking and distortion over time.

The 75mm x 62mm size suits larger timber joints than a small 1 inch brace — gate frame corners, cabinet carcass joints, heavy shelf brackets, furniture frames and robust outdoor timber structures where a stronger brace is appropriate. The 15mm leg width gives good bearing surface for screws. Fix with screws through the holes on each leg, one into each face of the joint.
