EB Brassed Steel Screw Eye Hook - 55mm x 12mm
Previous
A screw hook with an 80mm threaded shank and a 12mm hook opening for creating fixed hook points in timber. Screw it directly into wood by hand or with pliers — use a pilot hole in harder timber to avoid splitting. The open hook end allows hanging, looping or tying off ropes, cords, cables, chains and lightweight items.
Common uses include hanging tools and equipment on shed and garage walls, securing ropes or bungee cords on garden structures, creating tie-off points on timber frames and fencing, and general utility hanging in workshops and outbuildings. The larger 80mm shank gives more thread engagement in the timber for a stronger hold than a short hook.
