Cold-Pressed Varnished Steel Square Tube - 20mm x 20mm x 1m

A 1 metre cold-pressed varnished steel square hollow section (SHS) for fabrication, frame making, supports, brackets and general metalwork. Square tube is a practical all-round section — strong for its weight, straightforward to join at right angles and easy to cut, drill, weld or bolt into larger assemblies.

The 20mm x 20mm section suits compact structures: furniture frames, shelving supports, jig components, equipment brackets and repair work where a hollow steel profile is needed. The varnished finish provides basic corrosion protection for indoor use. Cut with a hacksaw or angle grinder and deburr cut ends before assembling.
