For use:
- Pull tapes to release blanket.
- Blanket opens automatically.
- Pull tapes downwards and outwards. Hold fireblanket in shield position. Place gently over the fire.
- Cover burning material completely. Switch off heat. Leave covered until cool.
- Fire blanket can also be used on fires involving personal clothing.
- Wrap blanket around body tightly to smother flames.
- Discard after use.
