  • Add 7g of fresh, coarse ground coffee for every cup you would like to make.(56g for 8cup cafetiere)

  • Pour over 100ml of hot water for every cup of coffee. (800ml for a 8cup cafetiere)

  • Now stir and wait! waiting for 4 minutes is essential for a perfecty brewed, full bodied coffee. 

  • When brewed and aromatic, replace the lid and slowly plunge the handle to the bottom.
