White PVC T-Bar Profile - 25mm x 18mm x 1m

A T-bar profile is a T-shaped trim section used to cover the joint where two boards, panels or surface finishes meet edge to edge. Rather than leaving a visible gap or raw joint, the T-bar clips or glues over the join and gives a clean, symmetrical finish on both sides. It is a common solution for display boards, wall panelling, kitchen splashbacks, caravan interiors and sheet material installations where two sheets butt up against each other.

This version has a 25mm wide top cap and sits on an 18mm base, making it suited to boards of approximately 15–18mm thickness such as standard MDF or chipboard sheet panels. The white PVC construction is easy to cut with a fine-tooth saw and can be fixed with panel adhesive or by sliding it into a pre-routed channel.
