Directions for use:
- (detailed instructions included in the box)
- First, select your preferred repelling sound and adjust volume to suit
- A - Barking Dog, great for birds landing in a garden. Barking dog sound can be effective against large birds, crows, seagulls, magpies etc. It is also an effective intruder alarm, as the sound is very realistic and scary if you don’t know what it is.
- B - Hawk, ideal for smaller birds. The sound of a predator (hawk) can scare smaller birds into believing they are in danger of being attacked.
- C - Distress signal, birds think there is a bird being attacked.
- D - All sounds, repeated in sequence.
- Second, set the switch to activate the repelling sounds every 5 minutes, every 10 minutes, or whenever animal motion is detected (PIR).
- Third, connect to either the AC adapter and extension lead provided, or to the PRSOLAR optional solar power pack (not included). Position the repeller using either the ground mounting rod or the wall mount.
Use the Sun for free power:
- Why not attach the optional PRSOLAR Solar Power kit (not included) to your repeller?
- For less than the typical price of a battery charger and set of rechargeable batteries, you can utilise the power of the sun to keep your repeller operating, even in the dark days of a typical winter.
- It also means you have total flexibility about where you place the repeller.
- When dealing with animals, it is never possible to give 100& accurate behaviour prediction.
- Some problems will get resolved very quickly, but others may take longer.
- Don't expect instant results. Remember there is always the possibility that external factors may make results difficult to achieve.
