M6 x 20mm Roofing Bolt

A short M6 x 20mm roofing bolt with a large domed head for fixing thinner corrugated sheet assemblies, guttering brackets and light cladding to timber frames. The large head spreads the fixing load and reduces the risk of distortion or tearing at the hole in the sheet material.

The 20mm length is suited to thinner roofing sheet and bracket applications where a longer bolt would protrude excessively. Use with an M6 nut — a sealing washer is recommended where a weathertight fixing is needed at the sheet surface. Zinc plated for basic corrosion resistance.
