Mylands Pumice Powder is a fine abrasive powder used in polishing, restoration and finishing work. It is commonly used to reduce the sheen of highly polished surfaces, to cut back a finish gently, or to polish glass and remove very light marks.
It can be used dry or mixed to a paste depending on the task. This makes it useful for furniture finishing, French polishing work and specialist workshop jobs where a controlled mild abrasive is needed rather than a harsh cutting compound.
