How to Grow

• Sow seeds indoors in trays or small pots.

• Grow on and transplant when seedlings are 6–8 weeks old.

• Plant out with 50cm spacing between plants.

• Alternatively, sow directly outdoors from April to June at 1cm depth.

• Water well during dry periods and grow in soil enriched with manure from the previous autumn.

• Harvest leaves from the bottom upwards to prolong cropping.
