Rustins Wood Primer - Aluminium 250ml

• Rustins Aluminium Wood Primer is an oil based primer containing aluminium pigment which provides better water resistance.

Preparation:

• Wood should be sanded smooth and any knots sealed with Rustins Knotting.
• Holes or cracks should be filled with Rustins Wood Filler after priming.
• Thin if necessary.

Application:

• Using a brush, apply evenly.
• For interior use 1 coat may be sufficient, exterior surfaces require 2 coats.

Re-coating Time:

• Touch-dry in approximately 4 hours, depending upon temperature and humidity.
• Undercoat may be applied aftre 12-16 hours

Coverage:

• This tin will cover approximately 3.75 sq.m in 1 coat depending on the absorbency of the surface.

Cleaning:

• Remove excess product from brushes before cleaning whilst wet with white spirit or Rustins Brush Cleaner.
• Hard brushes can be cleaned with Rustins Brush Restorer.
