Hi Lenehans, what's the width of the wick that goes into these hurricane lamps, please?
For this type of roughly 30 cm / 11.8" hurricane lantern, it will almost certainly be a flat cotton wick (not round), typically somewhere in the region of about 12–20 mm wide.
