How to Grow

For greenhouse cultivation, sow seeds from February to April.

For outdoor cultivation, sow from March to April.

Sow seeds on the surface of a moist, free-draining seed compost and lightly cover with compost or vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 15–20°C. Germination takes 7–14 days.

When seedlings develop two true leaves, transplant into individual 7.5cm pots and grow on at a minimum of 15°C.

Transplant into final positions once frost risk has passed. Grow as a cordon variety, supporting plants with canes or strings and tying in regularly. Remove side shoots for best results.
