My item is faulty. What do I do?

If you have received a faulty item from us, It can be returned to our store to be exchanged or refunded. All we ask is that you can provide a proof of purchase.

Home Delivery items can also be brought back to our local store or you can email customerservices@lenehans.ie and provide your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the product you wish to return and the reason. Items may be returned anytime up to 28 days from date of purchase.  If the item is bulky and cannot be returned, please contact our Online Customer Service team here and we will be more than happy to look into this for you.

Please note that you may be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge our costs of collection to you.

Items should be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Items cut to size are unsaleable and are therefore not applicable for return.
